Intelligent Reverse Logistics (IRL) Authentication Update

Important Notice
Intelligent Reverse Logistics (IRL) now uses UPS.com Authentication for application access.

If you already have a UPS.com username and password that you use for shipping services, the UPS website, or other UPS applications, use those same credentials to sign in to IRL.

First-Time Login Information

• If multiple UPS.com usernames are associated with the same email address, you must sign in using one of your UPS.com usernames. Do not use your email address.
• If only one UPS.com username is associated with your email address, you may sign in using either your username or email address.
• Users who have been migrated to UPS.com Authentication should have received an email invitation with instructions to establish or update their password.

Don't Know Your Password?

If you did not receive the invitation email, have not yet established your password, or do not know your current password, use the "Forgot Password?" option on the UPS Authentication page.

1. Click the button under user login.
2. Progress pass the username entry to get to the Forgot Password link.
3. Select "Forgot Password?"
4. Follow the instructions provided to establish or reset your password and regain access to your account.

Need Assistance?

If you continue to experience sign-in issues after establishing or resetting your password, contact your Company's IRL Administrator or Coordinator for assistance with re-establishing your login.

For any other account access issues, work with your Company Administrator to validate your account and permissions.

Important Information for Company Administrators

Attention Company Administrators
If you already have a UPS.com account that is used to Opt-In for UPS Shipping transactions within Intelligent Reverse Logistics, resetting the password for that account may disconnect the existing Shipping Opt-In authorization.

After resetting your password, you may be required to re-establish the Shipping Opt-In connection from the IRL Dashboard before shipment processing can continue.
