Shipping Instructions

1. Click “Continue As Guest” to create your shipping label
2. Complete the return form
3. Print out your UPS shipping label
4. Use your own suitable size cardboard box to return your equipment
5. Affix your shipping label to your package using clear shipping tape over the entire label
6. You can also use a UPS shipping pouch available at your UPS Store® drop off location
7. Bring your package to an authorized UPS drop off location
